Bournemouth Championship Show

The sun was shining with a nice breeze which made it ideal conditions for the dogs. Can’t believe what a fantastic week I have had with the two girls. Once again Ellie won Minor Puppy but went further winning Best Puppy in Breed and Gundog Puppy group 3. (Thanks to April Murray for her sympathetic handling of Ellie in the unbeaten line up). Willow won a very hotly contested Limit class and shortlisted in the last 4 for the bitch cc. Cocker judge was Andrew Jones (Shenmore) and the group judge was Mr C Mackay. Video of Willow in Limit

Trip to Exeter today with Ellie who won a nice puppy class under Mrs Barbara Cherry (Shanandi) and gundog puppy group 2 under Mrs Linda Major (Linjor)
Darlington Championship Show
A long journey to Ripon today with the two girls under Frank Whyte (Kazval). Ellie won 2nd in Puppy Bitch, whilst Willow won 1st in Limit and res cc

Ellie (Dykere Lavender Blue for Manchela) wins a lovely class of Cocker Spaniel Graduate of 11 dogs present, BOB, BPIB & PG1 under judge: Elaine M Cannon (Highforce/Viszaset)
Bridgwater and District Canine Society
Ellie wins the Cocker Spaniel Junior class, BPIB and PG1 under gundog specialist judge: Mrs Jane May (Cherrygold) – it was extremely cold in this Equestrian Centre but with a warm atmosphere amongst friends and fellow exhibitors
